Ingredients

- 1 lb ribeye, sirloin, or flank steak
- 2 cups mixed greens (arugula, kale, or baby spinach)
- 1 cup roasted sweet corn
- 1/2 cup Gorgonzola cheese (or feta)
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the steak with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Place the steak on the grill; cook for 5–7 minutes on each side.
- Remove steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Combine mixed greens, roasted corn, and Gorgonzola cheese in a large bowl.
- Slice the steak thinly and add it to the salad.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad and toss gently.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
