- 8 small corn tortillas

- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture onto the flank steak and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

- Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
