Description

A delicious and healthy grilled trout recipe infused with fresh lemon and herbs, perfect for a summer meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 whole trout, cleaned
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rinse the trout under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and dill.
  4. Brush the trout inside and out with the olive oil mixture.
  5. Stuff the cavity of each trout with lemon slices and parsley.
  6. Place the trout on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from the grill and serve immediately with additional lemon slices if desired.

  • Ensure the grill is well-oiled to prevent sticking.
  • For added flavor, marinate the trout for 30 minutes before grilling.
