- 2 whole trout, cleaned
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rinse the trout under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and dill.
- Brush the trout inside and out with the olive oil mixture.
- Stuff the cavity of each trout with lemon slices and parsley.
- Place the trout on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately with additional lemon slices if desired.
Notes
- Ensure the grill is well-oiled to prevent sticking.
- For added flavor, marinate the trout for 30 minutes before grilling.
- Serve with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
