- 200g spaghetti
- 100g pancetta or bacon, diced
- 2 large eggs
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Slice the zucchinis lengthwise and grill them for about 3-4 minutes on each side until tender.
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, cook the pancetta or bacon over medium heat until crispy.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with pancetta and garlic.
- Remove the skillet from heat and quickly mix in the egg and cheese mixture, stirring until creamy.
- Fold in the grilled zucchini and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

- For a vegetarian option, omit the pancetta and use mushrooms instead.
