Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and stir well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, black beans, salsa, and half of the cheese.
  4. Add the cooked beef to the rice mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  6. Spoon the beef mixture onto each tortilla and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly to form burritos.
  8. Serve with additional salsa or toppings of your choice.
