Description

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups cooked ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (Cheddar and/or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and milk in a large mixing bowl until fully combined.
  3. Stir in the diced ham and half of the shredded cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the frozen tater tots evenly in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  5. Pour the creamy ham mixture over the tater tots.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese bubbles and turns golden brown.
  8. Optional: Sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.
