- 1 package frozen tater tots
- 2 cups cooked ham, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheese (Cheddar and/or Monterey Jack)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and milk in a large mixing bowl until fully combined.
- Stir in the diced ham and half of the shredded cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Spread the frozen tater tots evenly in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
- Pour the creamy ham mixture over the tater tots.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese bubbles and turns golden brown.
- Optional: Sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.
