Instructions

  1. Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until silky and smooth.
  2. Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
  5. Incorporate the crushed pineapple and shredded coconut (and marshmallows, if using).
  6. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Garnish with chopped nuts before serving.
