- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
- Chopped nuts (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until silky and smooth.
- Mix in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Incorporate the crushed pineapple and shredded coconut (and marshmallows, if using).
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Garnish with chopped nuts before serving.
Notes
