Description

Herbed Goat Cheese and Radish Tartlets are a delightful appetizer featuring a creamy goat cheese filling infused with fresh herbs, topped with crisp radishes, all served in a flaky pastry shell.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 8 oz goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into small circles to fit into a muffin tin.
  3. Press the pastry circles into the muffin tin and prick the bottoms with a fork.
  4. Bake the pastry shells for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. In a bowl, mix together goat cheese, cream cheese, chives, dill, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Once the pastry shells are cool, fill them with the goat cheese mixture.
  7. Top each tartlet with sliced radishes and drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Serve immediately or chill before serving.

  • For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free pastry.
  • These tartlets can be made a few hours in advance; just add the radishes right before serving.
