- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 8 oz goat cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into small circles to fit into a muffin tin.
- Press the pastry circles into the muffin tin and prick the bottoms with a fork.
- Bake the pastry shells for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix together goat cheese, cream cheese, chives, dill, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Once the pastry shells are cool, fill them with the goat cheese mixture.
- Top each tartlet with sliced radishes and drizzle with olive oil.
- Serve immediately or chill before serving.
Notes
- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free pastry.
- These tartlets can be made a few hours in advance; just add the radishes right before serving.
