Ingredients

- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in mozzarella cheese and minced garlic.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with additional melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the dough.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
