Description

Homemade Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs are delicious, cheesy bites enveloped in a buttery garlic dough, perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in mozzarella cheese and minced garlic.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with additional melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the dough.
