  5. Second rise: Allow the dough to rise uncovered for about one hour.
  6. Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) with a Dutch oven inside.
  7. Transfer the dough: Place the shaped dough inside the hot Dutch oven and cover with a lid.
  8. Bake covered: Bake for 30 minutes covered.
  9. Finish baking: Remove the lid and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  10. Cool and slice: Let the bread cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
