  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and caramelized.
  5. If using, sprinkle chopped walnuts over the Brussels sprouts during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
