Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the shrimp and sear until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the cooked shrimp, stir well, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until fully coated.
  5. Prepare your bowls by layering in cooked rice or quinoa.
  6. Top with the honey garlic shrimp and drizzle any remaining sauce over the top.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.

Notes
