Ingredients

  • 2 cups of asparagus, trimmed
  • 2 cups of carrots, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced carrots and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Add asparagus and continue to stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix honey and soy sauce, then pour over the vegetables.
  6. Stir well to coat the vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
