- ½ teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)

Instructions
- Season the salmon with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- In a small saucepan, combine pineapple chunks, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and ginger. Simmer for about 5–7 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, and cook the salmon fillets for 4–5 minutes until golden crust forms.
- Flip the salmon, brush with glaze, and cook for another 3–4 minutes, basting occasionally.
- Serve with remaining glaze, garnished with cilantro and lime wedges.
