Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and paprika, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add the kidney beans and diced tomatoes, stirring to combine.
- Simmer the mixture for 20-30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving over hot dogs.
