Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and paprika, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Add the kidney beans and diced tomatoes, stirring to combine.
  5. Simmer the mixture for 20-30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving over hot dogs.
