Description

Hot Italian Sub Sliders are a delicious and easy-to-make treat perfect for game day or any gathering. These sliders are packed with flavorful Italian meats, melted cheese, and a zesty dressing, all served on soft slider buns.


Ingredients

  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 pound sliced salami
  • 1/2 pound sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 pound sliced ham
  • 1/2 pound provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the salami, pepperoni, ham, provolone cheese, and banana peppers on the bottom halves of the buns.
  4. Drizzle the Italian dressing over the layered ingredients.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic powder, and dried oregano. Brush this mixture over the top of the buns.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
