Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract until combined.
  6. Gently fold in the flour until just incorporated.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the top is deeply browned and the center is slightly jiggly.
  9. Let it cool in the pan for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
