Instructions
- Prepare the Garlic Butter: In a bowl, combine softened butter and minced garlic, mixing until well incorporated. Spread generously on the outer sides of your bread.
- Assemble the Fillings: On the inner sides of the bread, layer seasoned pork, followed by a slice of Swiss cheese, and finish with dill pickle slices.
- Heat the Skillet: Place a skillet over medium heat.
- Press the Sandwich: Assemble the sandwich in the skillet. Place a heavy lid on top, pressing down gently. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden-brown.
