- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated Romano cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
- In another dish, beat the eggs.
- In a third dish, mix the grated Romano cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip in the eggs, and finally coat with the cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
