  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third dish, mix the grated Romano cheese and breadcrumbs.
  5. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, then dip in the eggs, and finally coat with the cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  7. Cook the chicken breasts for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and drizzle with lemon juice.
