Irresistible Pecan Pie Lasagna is a delightful dessert that combines the rich flavors of pecan pie with the creamy layers of lasagna, creating a heavenly treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup corn syrup
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in whipped topping.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  5. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
  6. Stir in chopped pecans and pour the mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar.
  • Chill the lasagna in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving for better slicing.
  • Top with additional whipped topping and pecans for garnish.
