- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the baking dish by lightly greasing it with olive oil.
- Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Make the topping by mixing Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, herbs, and lemon zest in a bowl.
- Assemble the topping generously over each salmon fillet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and the topping is golden brown.
- Serve hot, allowing it to rest for a few minutes before enjoying.
Notes
You can prepare the dish in advance and refrigerate it for up to 24 hours before baking. For a quicker option, use an air fryer set to 375°F for a shorter cook time.
