Delicious and guilt-free Keto Cinnamon Sugar Donuts that are light, airy, and perfect for any time of day.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (for the batter)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup erythritol (for coating)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
- Combine the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk together the eggs, applesauce, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix and stir until fully combined.
- Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Mix erythritol and cinnamon in a small bowl for coating while the donuts cool.
- Coat the cooled donuts in the cinnamon-sweetener mixture.
- Enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to a week. These donuts can also be frozen for longer storage.
