Description

Delicious and guilt-free Keto Cinnamon Sugar Donuts that are light, airy, and perfect for any time of day.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup erythritol or another keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (for the batter)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup erythritol (for coating)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon (for coating)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your donut pan.
  2. Combine the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, applesauce, and vanilla extract in another bowl until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix and stir until fully combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the donut pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Mix erythritol and cinnamon in a small bowl for coating while the donuts cool.
  8. Coat the cooled donuts in the cinnamon-sweetener mixture.
