  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the almond flour, erythritol, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, orange juice, and orange zest.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
