- 2 cups Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 8 slices Corned Beef
- 1 cup Sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar-Free Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Swerve Confectioner’s Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Horseradish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
- Melt the cheese by heating a non-stick skillet over medium heat and evenly sprinkling the shredded Swiss cheese. Allow it to melt for 2-3 minutes.
- Prepare the sauce by combining mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, sugar-free ketchup, Swerve confectioner’s sugar, horseradish sauce, and paprika in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the creamy mixture over the melted cheese, then layer with corned beef slices and sauerkraut.
- Roll the cheese over the filling tightly to create a neat roll.
- Sear the roll-ups seam-side down in the skillet for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, flipping to crisp all sides.
- Slice each roll-up in half and serve warm.
Notes
Make-ahead tip: Prepare the creamy sauce in advance and store in the refrigerator. Can also use an air fryer for a crispier finish.
