Delightful Lebanese Arayes featuring grilled pita stuffed with spiced ground beef and fresh herbs, offering a crunchy exterior and succulent filling.
Ingredients

- 4 Pita Bread
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1/4 cup Parsley, finely chopped
- 1 Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Coriander
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Carefully cut the pita bread in half and generously stuff each half with the beef mixture.
- Brush the outside of the pita with olive oil.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Place the stuffed pitas on the grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute ground beef with ground turkey. Serve with hummus or tabbouleh for a complete meal.
