Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the leftover mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into small balls or patties.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the potato puffs until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
