- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the asparagus and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti with the shrimp and asparagus mixture until well combined.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra dill if desired.
