Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the asparagus and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender.
  5. Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Toss the cooked spaghetti with the shrimp and asparagus mixture until well combined.
  7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra dill if desired.
