- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, melted butter, salt, and baking powder until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, and egg until well combined.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the lemon filling.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
