Description

A delicious and indulgent burger topped with succulent lobster and melted cheddar cheese, creating a flavor explosion in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 4 burger buns
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce and tomato for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Form the ground beef into four equal balls and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the beef balls in the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to form patties.
  4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and add shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  6. In a separate pan, melt butter and toast the burger buns until golden brown.
  7. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bun, topping it with lobster meat, and adding lettuce and tomato.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding a garlic aioli or a squeeze of lemon juice on top of the lobster.
  • Make sure the lobster is cooked and seasoned to your liking before adding it to the burger.
