- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 4 burger buns
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce and tomato for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Form the ground beef into four equal balls and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the beef balls in the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to form patties.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and add shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- In a separate pan, melt butter and toast the burger buns until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bun, topping it with lobster meat, and adding lettuce and tomato.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a garlic aioli or a squeeze of lemon juice on top of the lobster.
- Make sure the lobster is cooked and seasoned to your liking before adding it to the burger.
