Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup and sriracha sauce.
  6. Once the cauliflower is done roasting, remove it from the oven and drizzle the maple sriracha sauce over the top.
  7. Toss to coat evenly and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
