A delicious and spicy dish featuring roasted cauliflower tossed in a sweet and tangy maple sriracha sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
- In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup and sriracha sauce.
- Once the cauliflower is done roasting, remove it from the oven and drizzle the maple sriracha sauce over the top.
- Toss to coat evenly and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
