- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the sliced chicken breasts for 5–7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add the minced garlic, bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crunchy.
- Season with dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
