Ingredients

Instructions
- Drain the sun-dried tomatoes and chop them into small pieces.
- In a food processor, combine the sun-dried tomatoes, minced garlic, and fresh basil leaves.
- Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped.
- With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until well combined.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve with bread, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
