Description

Delicious mini cheesecakes infused with peppermint flavor, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1 package mini graham cracker crusts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and peppermint extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently.
  5. Place the mini graham cracker crusts in a muffin tin.
  6. Spoon the cheesecake mixture into each crust.
  7. Top with crushed peppermint candies.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes, then let cool.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the peppermint extract.
