- 1 package of chocolate sandwich cookies (about 15–20 cookies)
- 1 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 cups of whipped topping
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of crushed peppermint candies
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
- Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish to form the crust.
- In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed peppermint candies and chocolate chips over the cream cheese layer.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining cookie mixture, cream cheese mixture, and toppings.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

- For a festive touch, garnish with additional crushed peppermint and chocolate shavings before serving.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance for convenience.
