Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping and pink velvet cake mix, and add food coloring if desired.
- Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes.
- Scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Coat each ball in graham cracker crumbs.
- Chill again until ready to serve.
