Nutella Cheesecake Cupcakes are a delicious combination of rich chocolate cupcakes filled with creamy Nutella cheesecake, topped with a luscious Nutella frosting.

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fill each cupcake liner halfway with the chocolate batter.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, Nutella, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Drop a spoonful of the Nutella cheesecake mixture into the center of each cupcake.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
- For the frosting, beat together the remaining Nutella and heavy cream until fluffy and spreadable.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes with the Nutella frosting and enjoy!
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
- These cupcakes can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
