Description

Nutella Cheesecake Cupcakes are a delicious combination of rich chocolate cupcakes filled with creamy Nutella cheesecake, topped with a luscious Nutella frosting.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner halfway with the chocolate batter.
  7. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, Nutella, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Drop a spoonful of the Nutella cheesecake mixture into the center of each cupcake.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
  11. For the frosting, beat together the remaining Nutella and heavy cream until fluffy and spreadable.
  12. Frost the cooled cupcakes with the Nutella frosting and enjoy!

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate cocoa powder.
  • These cupcakes can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
