Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare your baking dish by lining a 9×9-inch dish with parchment paper.
- Cream the sugars and butter in a large mixing bowl for about 3-4 minutes until fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- Whisk together the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in another bowl.
- Combine the dry mixture into the wet ingredients gradually until just combined.
- Fold in the raisins gently to distribute evenly.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
