- 1 lb steak, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning

- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat and add the sliced steak. Cook until browned.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the pasta and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese.
