Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat and add the sliced steak. Cook until browned.
  2. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
