A delightful combination of brownies and cookie dough topped with crunchy Oreo cookies, these Oreo Brookies Bars are the perfect indulgent treat for any occasion.

- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 cup Oreos, chopped
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Prepare the brownie batter by mixing the brownie mix, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth and pour half into the prepared pan.
- Make the cookie dough by mixing cookie dough, flour, vanilla extract, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the brownie layer and spread gently.
- Add the chopped Oreo cookies on top of the cookie dough layer.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the Oreo cookie layer and smooth it out.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
Notes
These bars can be made a day in advance and stored tightly covered at room temperature. If you’d like a gluten-free version, substitute the brownie mix and flour with gluten-free alternatives.
