Description

A delicious and indulgent Oreo Ice Cream Cake that combines the rich flavors of chocolate and cream, perfect for any celebration.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 quart chocolate ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. Spread the softened vanilla ice cream over the crust and freeze for 30 minutes.
  6. Next, spread the softened chocolate ice cream over the vanilla layer and freeze for another 30 minutes.
  7. Top with whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
  8. Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • For a more intense chocolate flavor, use chocolate Oreos.
  • Let the ice cream sit out for a few minutes to soften before spreading.
  • Decorate with additional crushed Oreos on top if desired.
