Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1 package of phyllo dough
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 12 tablespoons chili flakes (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the feta cheese with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  3. Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with olive oil.
  4. Place a spoonful of the feta mixture at one end of the phyllo sheet and roll it up tightly.
  5. Repeat with the remaining phyllo sheets and feta mixture.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet and brush the tops with more olive oil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. While the rolls are baking, heat honey in a small saucepan and stir in additional chili flakes.
  9. Once the rolls are done, drizzle with the chili honey before serving.
