Oven-Fried Feta Rolls with Chili Honey are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that combines the creamy texture of feta cheese with a crispy exterior, drizzled with a sweet and spicy chili honey.

- 8 oz feta cheese
- 1 package of phyllo dough
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1–2 tablespoons chili flakes (to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the feta cheese with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough and brush it with olive oil.
- Place a spoonful of the feta mixture at one end of the phyllo sheet and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining phyllo sheets and feta mixture.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet and brush the tops with more olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- While the rolls are baking, heat honey in a small saucepan and stir in additional chili flakes.
- Once the rolls are done, drizzle with the chili honey before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm for the best texture.
- Adjust the amount of chili flakes based on your spice preference.
- These rolls can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
