- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried thyme in a small bowl.
- Rub the seasoned mixture generously over the pork tenderloin.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the pork on all sides until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
- Melt butter in the skillet, then sprinkle in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Whisk in chicken broth and heavy cream until the sauce thickens.
- Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with the rich gravy.
Notes
Season the pork tenderloin the night before for deeper flavor development. If short on time, you can use an air fryer.
