Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine almond flour, shredded Parmesan cheese, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Whisk the eggs in another bowl until light and frothy.
- Pour the whisked eggs into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the parsley if using.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
