- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup peach pie filling
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for icing)
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (for icing)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter and milk, and mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread the peach pie filling evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the filling.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- While baking, mix powdered sugar and milk to create icing.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add vanilla extract to the icing.
- These rolls can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
- Serve warm for the best taste.
