  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg (for cheesecake layer)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter for swirls

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine the brownie mix with 3 eggs and 1/2 cup vegetable oil in a mixing bowl.
  3. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup peanut butter, and 1/2 cup sugar in a separate bowl until smooth.
  5. Add in 1 egg and 1 tsp vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  6. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie base.
  7. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake layer and smooth it out.
  8. Swirl the brownie batter with the cheesecake using a knife for a marbled effect.
  9. Drizzle melted peanut butter and sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  10. Bake for 30-35 minutes, then let cool completely before cutting into bars.
