A delicious and easy-to-make peppermint no-bake fudge that combines the rich flavor of chocolate with a refreshing hint of peppermint.

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies.
- Pour the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the amount of peppermint extract.
- Feel free to substitute dark chocolate chips for a richer taste.
