Description

A delicious and easy-to-make peppermint no-bake fudge that combines the rich flavor of chocolate with a refreshing hint of peppermint.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract and crushed peppermint candies.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Once set, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the amount of peppermint extract.
