Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pasta (your choice)
  • 1 lb. beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced beef, cooking until browned.
  4. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
  7. Top with provolone cheese and cover until melted.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
