Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together the ground beef, uncooked rice, chopped onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
  4. Combine the tomato sauce and water in a separate bowl.
  5. Pour the sauce evenly over the meatballs.
  6. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
