- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix together the ground beef, uncooked rice, chopped onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them in a baking dish.
- Combine the tomato sauce and water in a separate bowl.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the meatballs.
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
