Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken, Shredded
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Butter (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the filling by combining shredded chicken, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Roll out the bread dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Cut the dough into 4-inch squares.
  5. Fill each square with a generous portion of the chicken mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Seal the buns by folding the dough over and pinching the edges tightly.
  7. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
