  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in yogurt, garlic, ginger, and spices for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté the onions until golden brown.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
